Maximum heat output high 3.5Kw low 1.3Kw. No chimney or flue required as this fire is a balanced flue fully outset gas fire which vents horizontally directly through an immediate external wall.
An air vent is not normally required.NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your room and intended location with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. This fire does not require any electrical supply or special rebated fire surrounds / mantelpieces, just an immediate external wall, natural gas supply and a minimum 50mm thick non combustible hearth as shown above.
