Modern Hole In The Wall Gas Fire, Suitable for class 1 chimney's or flue systems with a minimum internal diameter of 7". An air vent is not normally required.
NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment. Please note that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear. Minimum clearances to combustible surfaces i.e. shelves or ceilings must be adhered to as detailed in the installation instructions where required. Although we (House2Home Megastore and our Manufacturers) display some products in photographs with and without a hearth the ultimate decision of whether a hearth is required or not is that of your Gas Safe Register registered gas installer, as Building regulations and Gas Safe Register regulations may differ in areas throughout the UK.
