Due to the nature and weight of this product, you will need to arrange additional assistance to offload the goods from the vehicle when it arrives at your premises. We strongly recommend that you have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire and that you read the installation instructions provided, prior to purchase, to avoid disappointment. This gas fire incorporates an oxygen depletion device in its flame supervision which cuts off the gas to the burner if oxygen levels in the room become too low. Please note that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble or a light coloured fuel effect such as logs. Please note the 2 sets of dimensions (shown above) under the heading "Inset Dimensions" are the minimum or maximum height and width of opening size, required in the wall, when installing this product.
