NOTE: Please ensure to have a survey carried out by a Gas Safe Register registered gas installer to check and certify the compatibility of your chimney or flue with this fire before making any purchase to avoid disappointment.This Fire should not be installed in a room smaller than 30m³ with built in ventilation of at least 100cm² (air vent included with this fire as standard) and an openable window. Also note that this fire cannot be installed in a bathroom or bedroom. It is recommended that this fire should not be used as a sole source of heat rather as a secondary source in conjunction with central heating. Please be aware that whilst soot deposits on a gas fire are quite normal and to be expected, they will be more visible on a pebble fuel effect. Also be aware that due to the fire producing heat the interior of the fire may become marked over time through general wear and tear.
